Born in 1965. A gold medalist from the Sir J.J. School of Art Mumbai, she also received an MFA degree in Painting at East Carolina University, North Carolina and was awarded the Gallery foundation Scholarship, the Liquitex Excellence in Art Award and the Jerome Foundation / Women?s Art Registry of Minnesota Scholarship. Has held several solo shows of her work in India and participated in group exhibitions and overseas.
