Oli Ghosh

Oli Ghosh born in 1975 has a B.V.A (Bachelor of visual Arts) in Graphics, Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata 1999 and a M.F.A in Graphics, M.S. University, Baroda, 2003.Ghosh is an artist who finds inspiration in life around her, to put it in her works "I love & admire nature & human being . I love to keenly observe the change in nature in different seasons and so as in human moods and psychology." Her sensitivity is expressed in her prints.?Ghosh has participated in many shows and exhibitions including the ones organized by the Group Show of Printmaking in Lalit Kala Akademi, Delhi - 2001, "Annual Exhibition of Birla academy in Kolkata - 2002 and Chaap" A group show of Printmaking, organized by Hermitage Art Gallery, Mumbai - 2002. She has also won several awards apart from the All India IFACS Award - 2001 and the West Bengal State Academy Award, 1998 - 1999.?Currently Ghosh is actively involved with the Academy of Fine Arts, Mumbai.
