neeraj Singh Khandka (b.1983, Nainital, Uttarakhand, India) completed his BFA from Govt. College of Art, Chandigarh in 2010 and his MFA from Visva Bharati University, Santiniketan in 2012. Neeraj has participated in exhibitions at the Birla Academy of Fine Arts (2010-11); 9th Bharat Bhawan International Print Biennale; Neuvieme Triennale Mondiale de l?estampe, France (2014); Dhoomimal Art Gallery, New Delhi (2014-15); Tokyo Mini Print Biennale (2015); AIFACS (2015-18); Bangkok Triennale International Print and Drawing exhibition (2018); 3rd Biennale International De Mini Print Argentina (2018); 1st & 2nd International Print Biennial by Lalit Kala Akademi (2018); 59th, 60th & 62nd National Exhibition of Art by Lalit Kala Akademi, (2020-21); The Bombay Art Society 129th All India Annual Art Exhibition (2020-21); CIMA (2021-22). Neeraj?s imageries are constructed and conceptualised in the urban context, the crisis of a degenerating environment which he experiences consciously and subconsciously. Life around him for example; the pandemic in recent times, the growth of concrete jungles in the cities, the traffic jams and other urban complexities, become a part of his creative process which he portrays in his work. Neeraj lives and works in New Delhi, India.
